Data Deletion

How to ask

Email support@digitalmaniac.in from the address on your account with the subject Data deletion request. Tell us your workspace name and, if it applies, the WhatsApp number you connected. You can also message us on WhatsApp at +91 93045 43994.

We confirm your request within 3 working days and finish the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account, workspace and team member details.
• The WhatsApp connection, including the access token we hold for your number.
• Your contacts, message templates, campaigns, conversations and uploaded files.
• Data we received from Meta (Facebook or WhatsApp) about your connected business.

What we may keep

Invoices and payment records, which the law requires us to keep for tax purposes. Messages already delivered to people on WhatsApp stay on their phones. We can't remove those.

If you are a customer of a business that uses Digital Maniac

If a business sent you a WhatsApp message through us and you want your details removed, reply STOP to that message, or email the same address above with your phone number. We remove it from every list on our platform.

Disconnect from Meta yourself

You can also remove Digital Maniac's access at any time in your Facebook settings under Business integrations, and delete the app there. That stops us from sending on your behalf right away.
