Digital Maniac provides an unrestricted 14-day free trial on all standard tiers. You can explore our Client Dashboard, Embedded Signup UI, and template simulator without entering credit card or payment details.
2Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Digital Maniac subscription at any time directly through your billing portal (apps/billing) or by contacting our support team at support@digitalmaniac.in.
- Immediate Cancellation Effect: Upon cancellation, your account will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annual). You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
- Data Retention: Following cancellation, your templates, campaigns, and audience contacts remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days before permanent deletion.
3Refund Eligibility
Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal date are eligible for a full refund minus any payment gateway processing fees.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Meta telecom conversation fees are billed directly by Meta and cannot be refunded by Digital Maniac.
4Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 hours and are returned to the original payment method (Bank account, Credit Card, or UPI). Funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's settlement process.
